By creating an account, submitting content, purchasing content, or using Dr. Cindy Nikita’s Digital Club (“Platform”), you agree to use the Platform responsibly and comply with these User Terms, our Terms of Use, and applicable community guidelines.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted through your account.
You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to keep your account information up to date.
Content and Publications
The Platform allows users to access, purchase, and share various types of digital content, including digital PDFs, publications, events, workshops, lessons, and other educational or creative materials.
Some content may be available for free online access, while other content may require payment for access, download, registration, or participation.
Any purchased access, downloads, registrations, or materials are intended for the purchaser’s personal use unless additional rights are expressly granted by the content provider.
Acceptable Use
You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, resell, publicly share, or commercially use any content obtained through the Platform unless such use is expressly permitted by the content owner or the Platform.
All downloaded PDFs are provided DRM-free for the purchaser’s personal, non-commercial use. Unauthorized copying, redistribution, resale, or commercial exploitation of downloaded materials is prohibited.
Content Submission and Review
Content providers may submit digital PDFs, events, workshops, lessons, or other approved materials through the Platform.
All submissions may be reviewed before becoming available to the public to ensure they meet our editorial and community standards. The review process typically takes 1–5 business days.
The Platform reserves the right to edit formatting, request revisions, decline submissions, or remove content that does not comply with these User Terms, Terms of Use, or Community Guidelines.
Content Ownership and License
Content providers retain ownership of their original content.
By offering content through the Platform, you grant the Platform a non-exclusive license to host, display, distribute, and promote your content as reasonably necessary to operate and promote the Platform.
The Platform does not claim ownership of your original content unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Revenue Sharing
For paid digital PDFs, events, workshops, lessons, or other paid content offered through the Platform:
Content providers receive 80% of the sale price.
The remaining 20% covers third-party payment processing fees and the Platform’s service charge.
Additional details regarding payment schedules, minimum payment thresholds, and payment methods are provided in the applicable Contributor Agreement or Revenue Sharing Agreement.
Private Sharing and Access Codes
The Platform may provide features that allow users, organizations, educators, or other content providers to share private materials through controlled access methods, such as access codes.
Users agree not to share private access credentials or access codes with unauthorized individuals.
Purchases, Payments, and Refunds
All purchases, registrations, and payments are subject to the terms displayed at the time of purchase.
The Platform may establish refund policies for specific products, events, workshops, or services. Any applicable refund terms will be provided before purchase.
Newsletter and Communications
If you subscribe or opt in, you may receive occasional Platform news, updates, promotional information, or announcements.
You may unsubscribe at any time through available account settings or by contacting support.
Changes to These Terms
These User Terms may be updated from time to time as the Platform develops and new features are introduced.
Continued use of the Platform after updated terms become effective means that you accept the revised User Terms.
